Wasn't too surprised to wake up this morning and not be up for a run considering the a) late night with Anna Lee last night (Going to bed at 3 and getting up at 8 is not conductive to exercise) and b) considering that I went for both a run (my farthest length run yet) and Body Pump yesterday morning. Late yesterday I felt a bit of soreness in my right knee and wondered if I hadn't done something to it (and I doubt that wearing sandals with a 2" stiletto heel downtown helped my knee much either ;) but when I woke up this morning the soreness was gone. The only thing that's sore today is my shoulders - I'm wondering if that's because when I got home from Body Pump yesterday I forced myself to do some pushups on my toes just to prove that I could do them ;). For the record, I managed 5.
