BodyPump: 7:30am-8:30am

After only about 3 hours sleep, I still somehow managed to get my butt out of bed for Body Pump which is a little crazy considering they also offer BP on Thursdays at noon and again at 5:30. But I couldn't sleep so up I went - had a late start leaving the house and traffic was a little heavy on the way in, so I was a little late (missed the cooldown).

I was working out next to the only guy in the class (other than Instructor J) and I couldn't help but notice as I was loading up my weights for the squat track that I was piling on more weight then he was - in fact, my weight load was twice as much. Out of curiousity I kept my eye on him for the rest of the class and found that I kept outlifting him with the exception of biceps and tricps where we were equal. But during the shoulder track? We started out with the same weight but then dude had to drop to a lower weight. I'm certainly not judging him, and I know that he's not a regular (he comes when his schedule allows it) but he's a pretty big guy so the fact that I was lifting more than him? You KNOW I basked in it :).
